is short. DVDs are great for the magnified close-ups on demos
and to work at your own speed, but sometimes people need one-to-one
time with the instructor to move to the next level.
With
Victoria's online sessions, you get the best of both worlds
without ever having to pack your tool box.
Take
Your Russian Filigree to the Next Level is online and available
in three month sessions
How it works:
Once you've signed up for a 3 month session, Victoria will schedule the first video call with you to fit with your schedule and time zone. You get 2 video calls each month, including demos at Victoria's workbench that are tailored to your specific needs.
You can also begin emailing Victoria with your questions and photos of in progress or finished work. You get up to 8 email exchanges per month. (That's 8 questions and 8 answers! Emails to schedule video calls do not count as part of the 8 exchanges.)
What you need:
- A
basic understanding of the technique and have already (mostly)
completed 2 projects either from the DVD or in a Russian
Filigree workshop**
- A Skype account, Google+ account (they're free!) or FaceTime app and a webcam on a computer, iPad or smartphone
- A
digital camera to shoot your work in progress (smart phones
are fine)
- An
email account (ok, yes, that one is sort of obvious)
What
you will learn:
- Custom
designed projects suited to your level and the direction
you'd like to work
- Help
with technical issues and previously started projects
- Creating
more 3 dimensional and sculptural pieces
- Developing
you own voice through the technique
What
you will get:
- Two
15 minute video calls each month via Skype to ask questions,
show your progress, and watch demos (total 6 video calls)
- 8
email exchanges each month for help with designing projects
and solving technical issues.(8 questions and 8 answers. Emails used only to schedule video calls do not count as part of the 8.)
- Video calls can be scheduled to suit almost any time zone around the world.
What
you will gain:

out, around and become less flat, less like beginning projects
